Dr. Thomas M. Fuchs, D.M.D

Dentistry and providing excellent patient care is my life's calling!

I received my Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 1986. Since opening Fuchs Family Dental in August 1986, my staff and I have been able to give my patients and their families the very best, personalized dental care helping them maintain bright, beautiful smiles. When my patients walk into Fuchs Family Dental, they become part of a dental family where we are committed to their oral health and putting our patients and their families first.

Outside of work, I enjoy biking, golf, and spending time with my beautiful wife and children.

Dr. Celina Keehan, DMD

D.M.D.

I've always known I wanted to be in the healthcare field, and at an early age, decided I wanted to become a dentist. I completed my undergraduate studies at Clemson University (Go Tigers!) and then went on to the University of Louisville School of Dentistry to receive my Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree in 2019, graduating magna cum laude. During my time in school, I joined the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society, the Delphi Honor Society and won the Hinman Scholar Award for top academic and clinical performance. I also traveled to Ecuador on a dental service trip.

I enjoy providing aesthetic and comprehensive dental care, and I'm passionate about changing my patient’s lives and smiles.

When I'm not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband and newborn daughter. I also enjoy traveling, visiting with my family in Florida and Maryland, playing tennis with friends, trying new restaurants, and spending time on the water.

Nicole Maultsby

Lead Dental Assistant

Hi I'm Nicole! I started my career in dentistry in 2019 as an EDDA, or expanded duties dental assistant, where I quickly learned how passionate I am about dentistry. I love being part of this amazing office, which helps patients have healthy and confident smiles. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and 4-year old son, enjoying the weather & trying new places to eat.

Dawn Perluck

Dental Hygienist

My name is Dawn. I’ve been a hygienist for over 40 years. Originally from Minnesota, my family and I moved to Louisville 23 years ago. I have 2 children, an adult daughter and son, and most importantly 3 beautiful grandchildren! When I'm not servicing patients at Fuchs Family Dental, I absolutely love spending time with my family - we love to travel - especially family vacations!

Barb McCarty

Dental Hygienist

Hi, I'm Barb McCarty...dental hygienist to "the stars." I graduated from the University of Louisville in 1976 and have been a member of the Fuchs Dental Care family for 29 years, watching the practice (and even some of our patients) grow up! I have 4 children and 5 grandchildren. I live in the Anchorage community and I've been a member of Southern Christian Church for over 30 years. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, camping and volunteering at church.

Cheryl Nix

Dental Assistant

Hi, I'm Cheryl and I've been a certified dental assistant since 2015. I joined Fuchs Family Dental in 2022 and am so excited to be a part of this office's amazing care team. I come from a big family and have lived in Louisville most of my life. I'm married with 2 children and 2 dogs. I absolutely LOVE animals (except snakes) and I'm working on getting a couple of horses soon.

Hi I'm Karen! At Fuchs Family Dental, I’m able to serve the patients with the guidance of an amazing dentist who puts his patients first. I've been married to my high school sweetheart for 38 years and am the mother of two boys. In August of 2023, I'll be a first-time "grandma" of a brand new baby boy. Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, camping, eating healthy and Pilates. My life's passion is to serve God and others

Hi! My name is Angel. I have been with my high school sweetheart for 34 years, married for 20 of them. We have two beautiful daughters and a grandson we cherish. I like to read, watch TV, and love spending time with my family every chance I get.

Tianté Harris

Hi...my name is Tianté Harris and I found my work family at Fuchs Dental Care family in 2023 when I became the Office Administrator. I'm originally from Cleveland, Ohio and completed my undergraduate studies at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio - Go Buckeyes! I am a certified revenue cycle professional bringing over 15 years of dental revenue cycle/dental practice management experience.

I've been married to my high school sweetheart, Jon, for 2 years and we have 2 teenage girls. Outside of work, I love to travel, going to the movies and live theatre, and most of all, spending time with my family.
